Mark is AV-Preeminent™ rated. As a registered patent attorney and having a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in agricultural law, Mark safeguards agricultural seed technology. He ensures intellectual property protection by collaborating with various university institutions and international companies. His experience spans over 100 matters related to the Plant Variety Protection Act, demonstrating his commitment to helping protect plant breeders' rights.

Mark has taught agricultural biotechnology law in the LL.M. program at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. When disputes arise with Walmart, he collaborates with both large and small vendors engaged in transactions with the nation's largest retailer. 

COURT ADMISSIONS

Mark’s federal court litigation experience includes patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret lawsuits, enforcement of non-competition agreements, corporate dissolutions, business contracts, insurance contracts, and education law matters.

Mark is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Federal Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the District Courts of Nebraska, and the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the Arkansas Supreme Court. Mark also works with trademark matters, where he practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
